Job summary

Carrington is seeking a senior leader to manage Post Close operations for funded loans across channels. This role offers remote work from home in the United States and oversees training, risk management, and quality control to ensure loan integrity.

You will partner with finance, IT and operations to implement policies, improve processes, and drive performance metrics. A strong background in mortgage, loan origination, and team leadership is required. DOE bonus applies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Post Close or loan operations functions preferred.
• Strong understanding of loan quality and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to build and drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Post Close operations across funded loans and ensure adherence to policies and laws.
• Provide strategic leadership and oversee training, hiring, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, IT, Operations and Treasury to maintain loan quality and controls.
• Lead process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy in Post Close.
• Mentor Post Close Managers and staff with regular coaching and structured meetings.
