Job summary

Carrington is seeking a seasoned Post Close leader to oversee all aspects of funded loan post-close operations across originating channels. You will manage loan delivery, endorsement guarantees, records, due diligence, PCCD compliance, and drive quality while partnering with senior management to build financial rigor and loan quality controls.

This remote-from-home role offers a salary range of $160,000-$180,000 annually with an annual bonus DOE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Seven to ten years’ experience managing at least one aspect of the loan origination process.
• Ten to fifteen years of mortgage industry experience in general.

Responsibilities

• Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with policies and applicable laws, including hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; monitoring performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.
