Carrington invites you to join our team as a senior Post Close leader responsible for all aspects of funded loan delivery, endorsement, records, due diligence, and compliance. This role is remote from home in the United States, with a target salary range of $160,000–$180,000 plus annual bonus DOE.

You will guide managers across departments, foster a culture of quality and efficiency, and partner with IT, operations, and risk to strengthen loan quality and processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Significant leadership experience in loan operations and post-close activities.
• Extensive mortgage industry experience and understanding of loan quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws, including hiring and training employees.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; monitor performance; reward or discipline employees; resolve problems.
• Ensure Post Close operations align with policies, procedures, regulations, SLA and loan quality metrics.
• Contribute to risk management initiatives with cross‑functional collaboration to ensure loan quality and monetary control.
• Create a departmental culture aligned with core values, focusing on execution precision and customer focus.
• Develop and implement training to improve policy adherence and efficiency.
• Act as liaison with staff, sales, vendors, and customers to resolve issues.
• Work with IT on system enhancements to improve Post Close efficiency and quality control.
• Provide exception-based review of loan circumstances and conditions.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring of new department managers.
• Regularly audit staff functions to ensure policy compliance.
• Evaluate performance trends and implement solutions from audit findings.
• Conduct regular Post Close Managers meetings and provide feedback and coaching.
• Facilitate relationship building with senior Operations leaders across regions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience

Seven to ten years’ experience in managing at least one aspect of the Loan Origination Process

Ten to fifteen years of mortgage industry experience in general
