Job summary

Carrington is seeking a Senior Post Close Leader to manage all aspects of funded loan post-close operations from a remote home-based setting.

The role involves ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, driving loan quality metrics, and coordinating with multiple departments to strengthen risk management and operational efficiency. A senior manager will guide staff, train teams, and foster continuous improvement across the function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• Seven to ten years’ experience in managing at least one aspect of the Loan Origination Process.
• Ten to fifteen years of mortgage industry experience in general.

Responsibilities

• Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws, including hiring/training, planning, directing, monitoring, rewarding, disciplining, and resolving problems.
• Ensure Post Close operations comply with policies, procedures, laws, SLA and loan quality metrics.
• Contribute to risk management and coordinate with Capital Markets, Secondary Markets, Operations, Quality Control, Loan Servicing, IT and Treasury to ensure loan quality and monetary control.
