Job summary

Carrington is seeking a senior Post Close leader to oversee funded loan delivery, endorsements, records, and compliance while working remotely from home. You will provide strategic leadership, guide quality controls, and partner with Senior Management to strengthen loan quality and risk management.

The role requires 7–15 years in mortgage and loan origination processes, a business degree, and a track record of building efficient teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement and equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years managing at least one aspect of the Loan Origination Process.
• 10–15 years mortgage industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Post Close operations and loan quality, deliverables and SLA.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Capital Markets, IT, Treasury, and Operations.
• Develop training, policies, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws.
• Interview and hire department managers; provide coaching.
