Job summary

Carrington invites applicants to join a remote, home-based Post Close leadership role. Responsible for all aspects of funded loan Post Close operations, with a focus on loan quality, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

A strong candidate will lead, train, and mentor a team while partnering with Capital Markets, IT, and Treasury to ensure accurate and timely processing. Requirement includes a Bachelor’s in Business or equivalent and 7–15 years in loan origination or mortgage industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years managing at least one aspect of the Loan Origination Process.
• 10–15 years mortgage industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Post Close team to meet loan quality and SLA targets.
• Ensure regulatory and company policy compliance across all post-close activities.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, IT, and Treasury to safeguard loan quality.
• Implement training and process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard department managers.
• Regularly audit staff performance and address issues.
• Hold weekly Post Close leadership meetings and provide coaching.
• Build relationships with regional operations leaders to align goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
