Job summary

Carrington is seeking a senior leader to oversee Post Close operations for funded loans across all origination channels. You will provide strategic leadership, manage staff, ensure compliance, and drive quality and efficiency in loan processing.

The role supports coordination with risk, IT, Treasury, and other divisions to sustain high standards of loan quality. The position offers a remote-from-home arrangement with a target annual pay range of $160,000 to $180,000, plus an annual bonus based

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• 7-10 years managing at least one aspect of the Loan Origination Process.
• 10-15 years mortgage industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Post Close operations and staff in accordance with policies and laws.
• Ensure adherence to regulations, SLAs and Loan Quality metrics.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, IT, Treasury and others to maintain loan quality and integrity.
• Develop training to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Lead change and drive continuous improvement and customer focus.
• Perform regular staff audits and provide coaching to Post Close Managers.
