Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks a visionary VP of People Technology & Operations to lead global People technology, digital transformation, and People Operations. This role drives AI, automation, and integrated systems, improving employee experience and scalability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; related field preferred.
15+ years progressive experience in People technology, HR systems, or HR transformation.
Experience leading enterprise HR technology strategy incl. Workday; strong adoption.
Experience in governance, integrations, data quality, and vendor partnerships.

Responsibilities

Define and own the People technology strategy and roadmap.
Lead Workday design, optimization, and support with internal and external partners.
Govern data quality, access, and information flow across HR systems.
Oversee data governance, reporting, and analytics for leaders.
Lead AI and automation initiatives to transform People Operations.
