Travere Therapeutics in San Diego (remote-friendly) seeks a Vice President, People Technology & Operations to lead global People technology, digital transformation, and People Operations. You will drive Workday design, data governance, and scalable services across employees and managers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required; 15+ years in People technology or HR transformation; leadership experience in global roles.
Experience leading enterprise HR technology strategy, including Workday implementation or optimization.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology and service delivery.

Responsibilities

Own the People technology strategy and roadmap, aligning Workday with business priorities.
Lead Workday design, optimization, and support with internal and external partners.
Establish governance, prioritization, release planning, testing, and change control.
