Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably with acquisitions.
• Strong business and marketing acumen with ability to identify opportunities, deliver results, and adapt plans.
• Demonstrates strong data-driven decision-making skills and creative problem-solving.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience in budgeting, prioritizing initiatives, and mentoring talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the acquisition marketing strategy for Chase Owned Channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Technology, Data & Analytics, and Operations to maximize card acquisitions.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to drive marketing decisions and optimize digital performance.
• Lead site optimization and testing roadmap to improve funnel conversion rates.
• Present performance updates and future-state strategies to senior leadership.
• Lead and mentor a growing team of direct reports and associates.
