• Executive communication skills to translate analysis into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build a repeatable view of LOB performance and translate signals into insights and decisions.
• Evaluate awareness, consideration, and conversion performance; identify drop-off points and levers.
• Lead development of the optimization framework across Owned channels, including governance and analytics.
• Monitor results weekly/monthly; surface changes quickly and drive recovery plans.
• Create governance routines and playbooks to drive scalable strategies.
• Produce executive-ready narratives and influence senior stakeholders with clear storylines.
