Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) seeks a seasoned executive to lead mission support services including facilities, travel, procurement, and real estate across multiple locations. You will set enterprise strategy, optimize donor resources, and ensure safety, accessibility, and service excellence in all operations.

With at least a decade in multi-location leadership and a strong background in governance and risk, you will build a high-performing team that delivers scalable, cost-efficient services

Qualifications

  • Twelve years of progressively responsible experience leading complex, enterprise-wide operations, real estate, facilities, procurement, travel, safety, or shared services.
  • Ten years of experience overseeing a broad, multi-location portfolio of infrastructure and support services.
  • Eight years of senior leadership experience.
  • Experience managing significant operating and capital budgets, real estate transactions, supplier relationships, and complex contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for long-range property planning and WWP's strategic property acquisition vision.
  • Provide executive leadership for mission support resources and services, partnering with Program senior leadership to align these services with program needs.
  • Lead an enterprise real estate strategy including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and workplace planning.
  • Provide executive oversight of facilities operations, maintenance, space management, safety, and security.
  • Shape travel and event support strategy to ensure high-quality experiences across WWP activities.
  • Champion enterprise procurement and sourcing practices to strengthen supplier performance and value.
