Qualifications

Experience leading a sales team in enterprise software or information technology.
Proven track record of prospecting, opening new accounts, and growing existing ones through a consultative sales approach.
Experience building and maintaining executive‑level (C‑suite) relationships and developing strategic account plans.
Strong understanding of the integration software landscape, including competitive dynamics and target market segments.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives through recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship to drive pipeline growth and opportunity identification.
Own go‑to‑market strategy for the territory, including revenue forecasting, sales activity reporting, and identifying skills or competency gaps on the team.
Partner with customers and internal stakeholders at the executive level to build compelling points of view and close strategic deals.
Represent Data Foundation at local and corporate events to strengthen brand presence and partner relationships across the MuleSoft and Informatica ecosystem.
