The role demands over a decade of senior commercial experience, deep construction industry knowledge, and a proven go-to-market track record. Relocation to Birmingham is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior commercial experience, with at least 5+ years directly in the Construction industry.
• Documented track record of managing and growing C-suite and VP-level relationships at large construction equipment purchasers.
• Deep knowledge of the Construction truck ecosystem: OEM chassis, body manufacturers, fleet procurement dynamics.
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, not just executing a territory.
• Willing to relocate to our Birmingham, Alabama facility.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Autocar's competitive strategy in the Construction and vocational truck market.
• Develop and execute a market penetration strategy with segments and targets.
• Own Autocar's most strategic national fleet relationships, at C-suite/VP level.
• Drive revenue lifecycle and growth with cross-functional collaboration on demand and contracts.
• Identify and develop new strategic accounts and partnerships to expand market share.
