Autocar, LLC in Birmingham, Alabama seeks a Commercial President of Construction to lead the division driving the top-selling vocational trucks. You will own the P&L, craft the commercial strategy, and guide product development, sales, and marketing to deliver aggressive growth and market leadership.

You will manage cross-functional teams, optimize pricing and distribution, and ensure on-time launches of new models while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive management experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Proven success in vocational trucking industry and in construction or specialty truck segments.

Responsabilités

• Own the P&L for the construction business unit with revenue growth and margin expansion.
• Develop and execute commercial strategy, pricing, and distribution to maximize revenue.
• Lead end-to-end product development and on-time launches with cross-functional teams.
• Drive sales growth, partnerships, and customer relationships with fleet operators and dealers.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
