Job summary

Vanteo is seeking a senior sales/ GTM leader to own new-business growth across five J-1 brands. You will design and run multi-brand GTM strategies, build a scalable sales engine, and lead a cross-functional team with a mandate from the board.

Expect a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You will work with HubSpot, sales ops, and market intelligence to develop pipelines, while aligning partnerships and compliance with program requirements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in senior sales/growth or GTM leadership, building new-business functions from scratch.
• Experience with J-1 program knowledge and sponsorship/compliance is advantageous.
• Deep understanding of K-12 procurement for public charter, voucher-funded, and private schools.

Responsibilities

• Launch five distinct go-to-market strategies for five brands (TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, HRC).
• Own budget, headcount, tooling, and partner spend, up to executive/board level.
• Stand up sales operations: pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and deal velocity.
• Lead revenue and demand generation: campaigns, referrals, and lead scoring to feed the pipeline.
• Build a durable, multi-brand new-sales engine across districts, networks, and schools.
• Collaborate across brands, Enterprise Sales, marketing, and operations.
