Vanteo seeks a senior sales leader to build and run a multi-brand new-sales engine across five J-1 programs (TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, HRC). You will own five go-to-market strategies, align with finance and compliance, and partner with education networks to generate durable pipeline.

You’ll lead a new team, establish CRM and RevOps foundations, and collaborate with enterprise marketing and operations to scale revenue growth competitively.

Qualificações

• Senior leadership experience in building new-business functions.
• Experience in multi-brand go-to-market strategy and execution.
• Strong CRM/RevOps capabilities and data-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead five go-to-market strategies across TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, and HRC brands.
• Own budget, staffing, tooling, and partner spend; present to President and Board.
• Stand up sales operations: pipeline hygiene, forecasting, deal velocity, and CRM stack.
• Build a national partner network with state Departments of Education and recruiters.
• Ensure compliance and placement quality while enabling AI-driven growth.
