Job summary

Vanteo seeks a senior sales and GTM leader to own five J-1 teacher placement brands, driving net-new growth and an engine for multi-brand execution.

You'll build and lead a new sales function, stand up RevOps and marketing, partner with state Departments and recruiters, and ensure quality and compliance while leveraging AI to accelerate pipeline—sharing one core infrastructure across brands.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience building a new-business function from scratch and reporting to executive leadership or a board.
• Strong understanding of J-1 exchange-visitor programs and education market dynamics.
• Ability to design and run parallel GTM motions for five distinct brands while maintaining a unified operational backbone.

Responsibilities

• Define and launch five brand-specific GTM strategies and pipelines.
• Build and lead the new-sales function, budget, and headcount plan.
• Stand up sales operations, forecasting, and CRM architecture to support a distributed sales team.
• Develop and sustain a durable, multi-brand revenue engine feeding the five J-1 organizations.
