Job summary

Ladders is seeking a VP & Managing Director, Global Data Center Solutions for a leading Manufacturing & Automotive client. This executive role owns the commercial and strategic relationship for a major hyperscale customer, focusing on aligning long-term priorities across global data center solutions and translating signals into demand inputs.

You will coordinate across commercial, technical, and operational teams to ensure commitments are tracked and account plans are executed effectively.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of leadership experience in strategic or global accounts
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and shape long-term strategies
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in commercial or technical environments
• Demonstrated success in translating customer needs into actionable outcomes
• Strong knowledge of demand forecasting and KPI visibility

Responsibilities

• Own the executive relationship and account strategy for the assigned hyperscale customer
• Align stakeholders on long-term vision and data center priorities
• Provide structured customer insights to influence product development
