Job summary

Ladders is seeking a SVP, Variable Technical Projects - Data Centers to lead a portfolio of complex data center programs from Chicago, IL. This senior role combines program leadership with P&L ownership and client relationship management in a fast-moving environment.

You will oversee delivery, staffing, and operational excellence across multiple project teams, build strategic plans, and drive growth with key clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 12+ years of project management experience in data center construction.
• Experience managing multiple teams through subordinate managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data center project management team, overseeing project delivery and team performance.
• Establish annual and midterm priorities and operational plans aligned with business strategies.
• Drive business development activities, leveraging client relationships to grow the portfolio.
• Manage the region's P&L, identifying trends and opportunities for margin improvement.
• Oversee staffing, costs, and methods across multiple project teams.
• Serve as the lead technical manager, resolving complex operational and technical challenges.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives.
