Ladders seeks a VP & Managing Director, Global Data Center Solutions to lead a strategic hyperscale relationship from a remote location. You will shape long-term data center priorities, translate signals into demand, and coordinate commercial, technical, and operations teams.

You will influence product strategy, drive performance, and develop talent across a global team, delivering high-impact outcomes for a hyperscale customer.

Competenze

• 5–7 years of leadership in strategic or global account roles.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and shape long-term strategies.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in commercial and technical environments.
• Demonstrated success translating customer needs into actionable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of demand forecasting and KPI management.
