Qualifications

• Excellent, assertive communication skills and ability to engage large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manages one or more apps support teams.
• Provides technical oversight across systems and applications; leverage skills across multiple apps support areas.
• Provide a holistic view of the production environment for technology and business management.
• Provide guidance on feedback reviews with development managers; ensure issues are tracked to closure.
• Performs controlled resolution of incidents and problems with root cause analysis.
• Consults with primary clients to understand strategic objectives of users.
• Awareness of audit and compliance issues.
• Contributes to formulation of strategies for apps support and related areas.
• Champion stability initiatives to enable high availability for Business-As-Usual operations.
• Handle incidents, problems and changes at a global enterprise level with calm, analytical approach.
• Responsible for delivery of end results and budget planning in the apps support area.
• Manage customer satisfaction requirements of procedures for all stakeholders.
• Exhibit clear communication with operations and technology partners on regional or global basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Assess risk in business decisions, safeguard Citi and escalate/report control issues transparently.
