Job summary

Citi in New York is seeking an Apps Support Tech Lead Analyst with 6–10 years of progressive experience to partner with multiple technology teams, define system scope, and deliver high‑impact enhancements.

You will mentor analysts, manage incident response and production support, ensure security and compliance, and influence technical decisions that affect the banking platform and client experience.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive experience in Application Support or IT Operations.
• Experience with high-availability, mission-critical production environments.
• Hands-on with Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments.
• Strong SQL, data analysis, and schema understanding.
• Experience with incident tracking, real-time monitoring, and ticketing workflows.
• Coaching and mentoring junior analysts, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure integration of functions to meet goals.
• Provide expertise in apps support and deep technical guidance.
• Define systems scope and objectives for complex enhancements and problem resolution.
• Document requirements and analyze business processes and standards.
• Mentor and coach junior analysts and oversee shift handovers during incidents.
• Support risk awareness and ensure compliance with policies and controls.
