Job summary

Citi in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Application Support Tech Lead to join the Data & Analytics Platforms Operations team within the Personal Banking and Wealth Management Technology (PBWMT) organization. You will oversee full‑stack technology compliance, infrastructure oversight, and risk mitigation for an enterprise analytics environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in application support or technology operations.
• Proven leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience with server Linux environments and databases.
• Familiarity with IT risk frameworks, audits, and governance.
• Experience with SAS/Viya, SQL, Tableau for compliance or reporting.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead monitoring of infrastructure and software compliance across platforms.
• Coordinate admins and users to remediate risks and meet corrective actions.
• Identify security vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies.
• Advise teams on Citi IT and data policy and platform standards.
• Define scope and objectives for complex app enhancements via analysis.
• Translate findings into documented requirements for dev and compliance.
• Partner with Product Owners and cross‑functional teams on impacts.
• Mentor junior analysts and build team capability.
• Produce detailed technical documentation and audit materials.
• Develop and manage project and corrective action plans.
