Ladders is seeking a VP of Integrated Supply Chain for a residential HVAC unit, based in Davidson, NC. This executive will drive integrated supply chain strategy and execution across multi-site operations.

The role partners with plant leadership, engineering, maintenance, and EHS to enhance productivity, quality, delivery, and cost performance, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and financial stewardship.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent technical discipline required.
15 years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations leadership.
Fortune 500 environment experience preferred.
MBA preferred.
Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic partner to leadership teams to drive operational effectiveness.
Provide oversight for key functions to ensure alignment with plant goals.
Guide EHS programs to improve quality and customer satisfaction.
Support maintenance and engineering improvements to optimize productivity.
Respond proactively to customer satisfaction issues related to delivery and schedules.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement lean methodologies.
Direct financial planning and operational strategy for multi-site operations.
