You will partner with BUs, plant leadership, and executives to optimize networks, manage risk, and deliver capital-efficient transformations with up to 30% travel. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, or supply chain.
• 5+ years of direct leadership in manufacturing, operations strategy, or running complex capital/transformation programs.
• Proven experience coordinating multi-phase capital programs across multiple sites.

Aufgaben

• Lead and optimize the Residential SBU manufacturing footprint with long-term network architecture.
• Own integration of complex capital programs, site start-ups, brownfield expansions, and work transfers.
• Drive phased execution, governance and decision-making across BUs and plants.
• Translate analyses into executive proposals and drive strategic options with leadership.
• Support workforce readiness and change management during operational transitions.
