Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Active NC HVAC Contractor’s License (or the ability to obtain one promptly).
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Proven executive management or senior leadership experience in HVAC/mechanical or trade services sectors.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute aggressive growth strategies; develop and manage budgets with cost optimization.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, streamline workflows, and enforce best-in-class policies.
• Recruit, mentor, and elevate a high-performing team with a culture of accountability and development.
• Track market trends and KPIs to capture new business opportunities while ensuring service excellence.
