Job summary

The role emphasizes category management, deep HVAC product knowledge, and executive-level collaboration to shape the platform’s supply chain. Hybrid/onsite options with Addison HQ, and a focus on strategic sourcing, spend governance, and KPI-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of sourcing and procurement experience including managing supplier relationships
• Experience across direct and indirect categories with ownership of approximately $100M in spend annually
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with change management skills
• Proven track record working with C-suite and field operations; strong cross-functional relationships
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and drive standardized workflows across the organization

Responsibilities

• Lead the procurement/sourcing function for the company and manage internal and external relationships
• Design and expand the procurement organization to drive synergies and faster response
• Develop KPIs and benchmarking to track procurement performance
• Execute sourcing projects and lead negotiations and contracts for key initiatives
• Oversee procure-to-pay processes and governance
• Develop strategic supplier relationships and manage performance
• Partner with Operations and brand leaders on inventory optimization
• Establish and scale procurement programs across the platform
