Job summary

nVent seeks a world-class VP Integrated Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across 32 manufacturing locations and 9 distribution centers. You will define strategy, drive multi-year transformations, and partner with engineering, finance, and commercial leaders to enable new product launches and acquisitions.

The role requires strategic foresight and hands-on execution to improve cost, productivity, quality, safety, and service while scaling the supply chain footprint for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• APICS/CPIM/CPM certifications strongly preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise-level strategy in a fast-growth environment.
• History of engaging teams with humility, transparency, and integrity.
• Experience driving transformation and embedding Lean/CI practices.
• Proven record of recruiting and developing diverse, high-performing teams.
• Goal-driven, accountable, and able to manage complexity.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the segment’s supply chain vision and strategy.
• Lead multi-year transformation roadmaps including digitalization and sustainability.
• Oversee global demand planning, S&OP, and forecasting across 32 plants and 9 DCs.
• Drive Lean, operational excellence, and footprint optimization.
• Partner with Innovation and New Product Engineering for launches and acquisitions.
