Job summary

TCL North America is seeking a Home Comfort and HVAC Operations Manager to oversee supply planning, inventory management, and end‑to‑end order fulfillment for Comfort & HVAC channels. The role collaborates with Sales, Product, Finance, Logistics, and global factories to ensure forecasts align with production and inventory targets in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, demand planning, inventory management, or order fulfillment in durable goods/HVAC.
• Strong understanding of S&OP, PSI planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
• Experience coordinating forecasts, aligning demand with supply, managing order processing, and maintaining customer master data.
• Proficiency with Excel and ability to develop/interpret operational reports, dashboards, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• S&OP coordination across Comfort & HVAC categories, aligning forecasts, production schedules, supply plans, and inventory targets.
• Maintain PSI plans and reports to provide visibility into demand and inventory positions.
• Coordinate forecasts and adjustments with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, and global factory teams.
• Coordinate with Logistics, warehouse teams, and Customer Service to monitor orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor fulfillment performance against commitments and drive corrective actions for on‑time delivery.
