United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a VP-level leader to own Product Management, GTM strategy, and the incubation Sales Engineering/Forward Deployed team for our flagship Service Management platform. This rare role reports across Product Management and Sales Engineering with full P&L responsibility.

The role sits in San Francisco with a hybrid in-office schedule (Mon, Tue, Thu in-office; Wed-Fri flexible).

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in senior GTM, product management, and/or solutions engineering within a prominent B2B SaaS environment.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive builder comfortable operating with ambiguity.
• Strong technical credibility with managing technical field resources.
• Demonstrated ability to translate market needs into product requirements and priorities.
• Proven track record selling into IT buyers and managing P&L.
• Exceptional ability to distill complex concepts into executive narratives.
• Willingness to leverage AI tools to boost productivity and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own incubation GTM strategy and translate market insights into a repeatable revenue engine.
• Lead executive sponsorship and technical selling in strategic enterprise deals.
• Define and execute the product roadmap guided by customer feedback and market gaps.
• Bridge Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success for seamless execution.
• Set and monitor KPIs for incubation teams, sales velocity, and partner rates.
