Job summary

SH/FT is seeking a VP of Global Technology Services to lead and scale our technology delivery practice across Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems and web engineering. The role demands senior leadership, strategic and hands-on execution, and the ability to unify a cross-functional team into a scalable practice.

You will own quality, margin, and strategic direction from pre-sale through delivery, shaping how the practice is structured, staffed, and grown.

Qualifications

10+ years in marketing technology, solution architecture, software engineering, or digital consulting, with leadership experience
Proven track record leading delivery across multiple complex engagements
Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and build process
Strong cross-functional influence without formal authority
Excellent executive communication for VP and C-Suite discussions
Experience with martech platform integrations and data architecture

Responsibilities

Own technology services delivery across active engagements, ensuring quality and on-time delivery
Serve as senior technical and strategic advisor to clients translating architecture into business outcomes
Lead and scale the practice across Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems and web engineering
Set standards for system integrations, templating, and deployment workflows
Partner with Sales and leadership on pipeline development and capability positioning
Drive governance, delivery frameworks, and margin protection across engagements
Build scalable delivery frameworks and identify opportunities for practice innovation
