Job summary

ECCO Select seeks a Vice President to define and own the operating model for a global Adobe business, overseeing every metric, every process, and every practitioner across regions. You will lead growth, portfolio strategy, and delivery excellence while shaping client outcomes and partner relations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in VP-level or practice leadership with revenue accountability.
• 10+ years in the Adobe ecosystem across SI, agency, or enterprise.
• Proven ability to grow a services offering to material revenue.
• GenAI or agentic AI production experience with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own the Adobe practice P&L, bookings, revenue, and utilization.
• Lead growth initiatives, portfolio strategy, and client pipeline.
• Build and retain senior Adobe leaders; drive cross-region delivery.
• Communicate a compelling market point of view through thought leadership.
