• Proven track record of sales excellence as a senior leader in large, distributed teams.
• 12+ years of enterprise software or agentic sales experience with CxO engagement.
• Ability to lead through influence in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
• Consistently exceeding revenue targets through scalable leadership across segments.
• Strong operational and analytical acumen to balance execution and growth.
• General manager mindset linking Sales, Product, Marketing, Solutions, and Customer Success to business goals.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and leading through transformation (GTM, product shifts, org changes).
• Ability to synthesize complex requirements into customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global sales strategy for IT & HR Service across segments and units.
• Oversee AVPs, RVPs, and AEs to drive growth and customer success at scale.
• Drive data-informed decisions with rigorous metrics and incentives.
• Develop customer acquisition strategies to accelerate revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Product to align roadmap and GTM priorities.
• Own end-to-end sales processes with clear metrics and execution.
