Job summary

Signant Health is seeking a Vice President, Global Technical Delivery to own enterprise-wide execution for revenue-generating applications. Lead a globally dispersed team of design, development, and test leaders to deliver high-quality client implementations and support; drive continuous improvement and budget discipline.

The role requires 15+ years in technical delivery with 10+ in leadership and a proven ability to scale global teams, manage P&L, and influence stakeholders at the executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (or related field).
• 15+ years in technical product or service delivery with executive/VP experience.
• 10+ years of departmental and personnel management.
• 5+ years leading global teams and P&L ownership.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction and multi-year roadmap for Global Technical Delivery.
• Lead the EPS leadership team and enterprise-wide delivery objectives.
• Hold P&L and budget accountability for Technical Delivery across the portfolio.
• Develop a high-performing, globally distributed leadership team.
• Govern staffing, capacity models, and resource utilization.
• Engage with Business Development and Sales to support proposals and targets.
• Identify issues, analyze root causes, and deliver actionable solutions.
• Define policy and standards to improve quality and efficiency.
• Represent Technical Delivery in client and executive relationships.
