You will build strong cross-functional relationships, implement data-driven revenue strategies, and scale teams to deliver sustained results in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global IT & HR Service sales strategy for all segments and units.
• Oversee a high-performing team of AVPs, RVPs, and AEs across national/global markets.
• Drive revenue targets through scalable go-to-market plans and customer acquisition.
• Partner with Product to influence roadmaps and ensure market-fit solutions.
• Own end-to-end sales processes with clear metrics and accountability.
• Build strategic customer relationships and expand into new revenue opportunities.
