Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Business Development in the United States to lead a high-performing team and drive revenue growth across strategic relationships and priority verticals.

You will shape the go-to-market strategy, set performance metrics, and coordinate with Finance, Risk, Compliance and Operations to translate market insights into measurable business results. A strong record of leading multi-stakeholder, long-cycle enterprise pursuits is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership.
• 5+ years leading high-performing business development or sales organizations.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise business development performance and build a high-performing team.
• Develop and execute scalable go-to-market and prospecting strategies to expand relationships and market share.
• Establish metrics, forecasting discipline, and operating rhythms to improve pipeline and outcomes.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top business development talent and coach leaders through complex pursuits.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Strategy, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Finance and Leadership to identify growth opportunities.
