Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise sales and business development experience.
• 5+ years leading business development or sales teams.
• Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise software, payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise business development performance and build a high-performing team.
• Develop and execute scalable go-to-market and prospecting strategies.
• Establish metrics, forecasting, and operating rhythms to improve pipeline and revenue.
