Amentum seeks an experienced Vice President of Finance Excellence and Transformation to spearhead a technology-centric enterprise-wide transformation. This role will unify the finance landscape, design a multi-year roadmap, and enable a scalable operating model aligned with long-term growth.

Reporting to the Senior VP, Enterprise Finance, the position emphasizes AI-enabled processes, governance, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration across H2R, P2P, O2C, and R2R.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field; master’s degree is preferred.
• US Citizenship is required to apply.

Aufgaben

• Develop Transformation Vision: Collaborate with CFO leadership team to create a compelling finance transformation vision.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Establish a stakeholder management strategy to secure buy-in from key stakeholders.
• Change Management: Partner with Finance, Contracts, IT, HR, and Operations leaders on effective change management while harmonizing processes and standards.
• Assess current-state processes, systems, legacy platforms, and structures to identify gaps and integration challenges from M&A growth.
• Lead end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of an enterprise-wide finance transformation program.
• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day activities across project phases, scope, dependencies, resources, and milestones.
• Drive automation, data governance, and reporting enhancements; set and track KPIs.
