Job summary

Amentum is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Finance Excellence and Transformation to spearhead a technology-driven enterprise-wide finance transformation. This role will design and deliver a multi-year roadmap, leveraging AI-enabled tools to modernize processes, data governance, and reporting across H2R, P2P, O2C, and R2R.

Qualifications

• Typically 12–15+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Program Finance, or Financial Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field; master’s degree is preferred.
• US Citizenship is required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Transformation Vision in collaboration with CFO leadership to align with strategy.
• Lead enterprise-wide finance transformation programs across multiple functions and phases.
• Oversee day-to-day project activities, scope, dependencies, resources, and milestones.
• Set KPIs and report program updates, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
