Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Experience with post-M&A financial integration and data harmonization.

Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year transformation roadmap for finance modernization.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise-wide finance transformation program.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and consultants.
• Define KPIs and track program performance with senior leadership.
• Manage stakeholders across Finance, IT, HR, and Operations.
