Job summary

Amentum is seeking a strategic Vice President of Finance Excellence and Transformation to lead a technology-centric, enterprise-wide finance transformation. This role will design and deliver a multi-year roadmap leveraging ERP modernization, data governance, and AI-enabled processes to enable scalable growth.

The position reports to the Senior Vice President, Enterprise Finance, with preferred local Reston, VA but remote-telework options and US citizenship required.

Qualifications

Typically 12–15+ years in Finance, with 5+ years leading enterprise-wide transformation.
US Citizenship is required to apply.
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop transformation vision and multi-year roadmap for finance modernization.
Lead cross-functional teams and manage external consultants and vendors.
Drive process automation, data governance, and reporting enhancements across H2R, P2P, O2C, and R2R.
Establish KPIs and monitor program progress with senior leadership.
