Job summary

Amentum is seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance Excellence and Transformation to lead a technology-centric enterprise-wide finance transformation, unifying our finance landscape and scalable operating model to support long-term profitability and growth.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Enterprise Finance, you will design a multi-year roadmap, leverage AI to automate processes, improve data governance, and drive modernization across H2R, P2P, O2C, and R2R functions.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in Finance or Financial Operations with transformation experience.
• Experience with post-M&A financial integration and data harmonization.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects across ERP, IT, HR, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide finance transformation program and multi-year roadmap.
• Develop transformation vision aligned with corporate strategy.
• Manage budgets, milestones, and governance across program phases.
• Set KPIs and report progress to CFO leadership and stakeholders.
