Job summary

Amentum, a global leader in engineering and technology, seeks a strategic Vice President of Finance Excellence and Transformation to lead an enterprise-wide finance transformation leveraging technology to unify processes, data, and governance.

The role reports to the Senior Vice President, Enterprise Finance, and focuses on multi-year roadmaps, ERP modernization, and data governance to enable long-term profitable growth. Us Citizenship required; Remote-telework considered.

Qualifications

• Typically 12–15+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Program Finance, or Financial Operations, with at least 5 years leading enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives.
• US Citizenship is required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Developing the Transformation Vision: Collaborate with CFO leadership team to create a compelling, well-defined finance transformation vision that aligns with the broader organizational strategy and identifies opportunities for value creation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Establish a stakeholder management strategy to secure buy-in and support from key stakeholders.
• Change Management: Partner with Finance, Contracts, IT, HR, and Operations leaders on effective change management while harmonizing processes and ensuring adoption of new tools and standards.
• Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of an enterprise-wide finance transformation program.
• Set and track KPIs; review with leadership to communicate updates, risks and mitigation plans.
