Job summary

Amentum seeks an experienced VP of Finance Excellence and Transformation to lead a technology-centric enterprise-wide finance transformation. This role will unify finance across recent acquisitions and create a scalable operating model to enable profitable growth, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Enterprise Finance.

Qualifications

Typically 12–15+ years in Finance or Financial Operations.
5+ years leading enterprise-wide finance transformation.
Experience with post-M&A financial integration and data harmonization.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end enterprise-wide finance transformation program.
Develop multi-year transformation roadmap and governance.
Define KPIs and report progress to C-suite and stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and consultants.
Manage change across H2R, P2P, O2C, and R2R processes.
