Job summary

Market Logic Software seeks a VP Expert Services to lead the global consulting business, driving revenue, margin, and ARR growth. You will partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing to embed services across the customer lifecycle, champion transformation programs, and scale a high-performing international team.

You will own strategic account engagement, develop scalable service portfolios, and monetize advisory offerings while fostering a culture of performance and client value

Qualifications

• Led revenue-generating professional services, consulting, or transformation orgs in enterprise SaaS with accountability for commercial outcomes.
• Monetized advisory services and built scalable consulting portfolios.
• Experience selling multi-stakeholder transformation programs and value-based engagements.

Responsibilities

• Drive Commercial Impact: Own Expert Services bookings, revenue, gross margin, utilization, and attach rates.
• Protect ARR by reducing contraction through value programs and multi-year expansion roadmaps.
• Build a High-Performance Global Team across NA & EMEA with executive-level advisory capabilities.
• Develop and Execute Strategic Account Engagement to embed services in top-tier plans.
• Operationalize the Expert Services Strategy with scalable pricing, scoping, and programs.
• Monetize & Govern Services Delivery with scoped SOWs and pricing discipline.
• Productize AI Transformation Offers with repeatable, measurable packages.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing.
• Lead transformation culture, accountability, and growth mindset across the function.
• Engage with C-suite buyers and senior leaders to position Market Logic as a long-term partner.
