• 10+ years of combined affiliate marketing and client services or agency experience.
• Experience leading Managers and cross-regional teams across multiple geographies.
• Demonstrated track record owning and scaling a business line, practice area, or large client portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead, Manage, and Hold Your Team Accountable: Owns the performance and culture of a large, globally dispersed affiliate client services organization.
• Resource Allocation, Management, and Profitability: final decision-maker on department headcount, hiring, promotions, and compensation; manages margins and capacity.
• Superior Client Satisfaction: ensure delivery quality drives client trust and retention; proactively identify risks.
• Premium Program Execution: drive AI adoption and scalable best practices to improve delivery and outcomes.
• Internal Accountability and Organizational Stewardship: establish ownership and clear decision rights within a matrix organization.
