Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking a Vice President, Professional Services for the United States, with remote work options and a West Coast preference. This role leads global Services across Sales and Delivery, shaping strategy, operating models, and a path to faster value and better customer outcomes.

You will build a unified, scalable services organization, drive AI-enabled delivery, align with Sales, Product, Partners, and Customer Success, and sponsor strategic customers while developing leadership

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrated leadership across Services Sales and Services Delivery.
• Experience building and scaling a global professional services organization.
• Strong track record of driving customer value and time-to-value in services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Services business across Services Sales and Delivery.
• Build capabilities across traditional SaaS delivery and AI-native solutions to deliver a unified customer experience.
• Define and execute the AI strategy for Services with measurable outcomes.
• Scale the delivery ecosystem with partners and Global Delivery Centers.
• Develop a high-performing global leadership team and sponsor strategic customers.
