Job summary

Toptal, a global leader in AI-driven IT service transformation, seeks a Vice President of AI Services to own the strategy, vision, and P&L for AI Solutions. This remote role involves leading a practice that integrates AI capabilities into IT service management.

Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients to address their ITSM challenges using AI, building internal methodologies, and ensuring the delivery of quality services. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT services background and a proven ability to lead and innovate.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT services experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of scaling AI-focused practices.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow at an architect level.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and P&L for the AI Services practice.
• Develop repeatable service offerings for AI and ITIL processes.
• Recruit and lead a high-performing team of AI architects.
