Job summary

Red Ventures Growth and Transformation seeks a senior leader to own end-to-end client partnerships, from strategy to performance delivery. You will drive AI-powered growth systems, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

You will manage senior stakeholders, develop scalable architectures, and guide contracts, pricing, and expansion opportunities within a hybrid, office-plus-remote setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital operations, product, or strategic planning.
• Experience designing and deploying AI-powered or automated workflows in production, including systems that make decisions, integrate data sources and APIs, and execute multi-step processes.
• Strong understanding of agentic systems and modern AI architectures, including LLM integrations, RAG, API-driven decisioning.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships at VP and C-suite level.
• Strong analytical capabilities and using data to drive decision-making and system optimization.
• Deep experience defining and managing KPIs tied to acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to translate complex systems into executive-ready insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for an assigned client, managing senior stakeholder relationships through strategic planning, execution, and renewal.
• Translate evolving client objectives into tailored strategies and agentic system designs that drive acquisition and retention.
• Lead strategic reviews, executive reporting, and client-facing communications tied to performance and data insights.
• Collaborate with internal leaders on contract structure, pricing, and long-term partnership planning.
• Lead the development of agentic strategies and workflow designs that enhance client outcomes.
• Design and oversee AI-powered systems including multi-step processes, API integrations, LLM reasoning, and RAG.
